What we store

• Account: your username and a bcrypt hash of your password. No email is collected.
• Service metadata: project identifiers, timestamps, status, and usage information needed for reliability, limits, and abuse prevention.
• Project data: your instructions, conversation, progress, summaries, and the files Golem creates for you.

How Golem processes a project

To build and improve a project, Golem sends relevant instructions, recent conversation, project files, and build results to infrastructure and AI service providers acting on our behalf. Do not submit secrets or personal data you are not authorised to process through those services.

What we don't do

No email, no third-party trackers, no ad networks, and no sale of your data. Data is shared with infrastructure and model providers only as needed to operate requested features.

Project previews

Working previews require an authenticated, short-lived access handoff from the owning Golem account. Published releases are public and may be opened by anyone with either of the project’s live addresses. Do not publish secrets.

Retention & your rights

Project conversations and files persist so you can return and continue building. You can permanently delete a project from its advanced details, or delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes the associated conversation and project workspace.
